Product Availability
Due to sales volume, our inventory can change on an hourly basis! We update our site daily. If you make a purchase and we are out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hrs. (Excluding weekends and Holidays). If you've paid for the item, you will have the option to wait until the item is available or we will issue you a full refund or store Credit, whichever you may prefer.
International Purchases
We Gladly accept various methods of PayPal. We DO NOT accept Credit Card Payments outside of PayPal from International Sales. If Payment is made with Paypal, we must have a phone # to process your order.
Refund Policy
Due to State and Health Regulations No Refunds. Unless wrong color or size was shipped to you and all items must remain in original packaging and tags remain Factory attached to the garment. Once the tags are removed from the garment, we can no longer exchange nor refund. This will also re assure our customers that they are recieving a Brand New Item
Merchandise Returns
Due to the Nature of Intimate Items, State Regulations and Health Laws. NO refunds unless we send you the wrong color and / or size. All tags and original packaging must remain on the garment. Must be sent back to us via USPS. You must contact us within 3 Days of receiving item and we will send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. Any returns without Authorization Forms from us will be either sent back or discarded. In the package the Return Authorization Form and Original Invoice must be included. If a package is sent back to us without our knowledge, package will not be opened and will be sent back to you marked "Return to Sender" Once the tags are removed from the garment, we can no longer exchange nor refund
Exchange Policy
We can only exchange for the same item if we send you the wrong color and / or size from which you had purchased. Garment must still remain in original packaging and tags must remain Factory attached to the garment. Once the tags are removed from the garment, we can no longer exchange nor refund.
